| Catalyst Business Center - Services Offered The following services are offered to you by the Catalyst Business Center of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Day Offices If you need an office for 4 hours, 1 day, or even 2 days per week, we offer shared office space in four hour increments. You come into the office, sit down at your desk, open up you laptop and you are ready to work quietly or meet with clients in a professional setting. The following fees are currently in effect for Day Office rentals: 4 Hours per week: $129.00 to $149.00/Month 1 Day per week: $229.00 to $249.00/Month 2 Days per week: $429.00 to $459.00/Month Contact CBC at (770) 932-2525 for specific terms and conditions. Office Suites Our office suites are available on an Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly basis depending on your needs. We have single offices in a professional, class A building just west of I-85 and north of Sugarloaf on Satellite in Suwanee, Georgia. We have office suites available ranging from $550.00 per month to $675.00 per month depending on what additional services you need and how long, or short, of a term you require.
